4AK is bound by the Commercial Radio Codes Of Practice as endorsed by Commercial Radio
 Australia and the Australian Communications and Media Authority.

 (Material of Local Significance - Notice).

 4AK provides at least three hours of Local Content, Monday to Friday.

 Presenter Agreements

 To ensure 4AK complies with the Broadcasting Standards Act 2000 we are obliged to disclose
 any commercial agreements 4AK Presenters may have.

 Staff employed by 4AK (Radio 4AK Pty Ltd) have NO commercial agreements in place.

 Some programs on 4AK are relayed from the Supernetwork group of stations, these can 
 include NEW FM. A register of any agreements these presenters may have can be viewed by visiting 
 the NEW FM website.
